SC Johnson Professional® Denby Site awarded EcoVadis Gold Medal Sustainability Rating for the third consecutive year

Some fantastic recent news - the commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability at our European headquarters, manufacturing, and logistics facility in Denby, UK has been recognised once again with a Gold Medal rating by EcoVadis in 2024. 

EcoVadis, an evidence-based CSR and sustainability ratings framework, measures and reports on various CSR factors – an accolade that aligns with our company purpose of being 'safe, healthy and sustainable'. This award places SC Johnson Professional® in the top 5% of over 100,000 companies rated by EcoVadis across more than 175 countries for the third consecutive year, highlighting our sustained efforts at the Denby site.

For the 2024 evaluation, we provided updated evidence of our dedication to key EcoVadis criteria, covering environmental, social, and ethical aspects such as environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The EcoVadis methodology is grounded in international sustainable development standards, including the United Nations Global Compact, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and ISO 26000.
